Land adjacent to The Grange, Grange Lane, Lower Caldecote, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire
Proposal: Change of use of land for the formation of 7 residential Gypsy Traveller pitches (with 1 static caravan, 1 touring caravan and 1 dayroom per pitch)
Following the public meeting, this application will be discussed by Northill Parish Council at its meeting on the 4th March 2025 at 8pm at Church Hall, Sand Lane. The Parish Council will then send its opinion on the application to the Planning Authority, Central Bedfordshire Council, who will make the decision.
