Notice of a Public Meeting
To be held at Northill Village Hall on Wednesday 26th May 2021 at 7.00pm
To collect residents’ opinions on the following planning application
CB/20/02035/FULL
Land bounded by 37 to 47 Caldecote Road, 2 to 4 Tompions End and 14 to 30 Northill Road, Ickwell SG18 9EH
Full: erection of 26 dwellings with associated open space, landscaping, drainage infrastructure, access and all ancillary works
Immediately following the public meeting, this application will be discussed by Northill Parish Council. The Parish Council will then send its opinion on the application to the Planning Authority, Central Bedfordshire Council, which will make the decision.
Members of the press and public are invited to both the Public and Extraordinary meetings. Space will be limited due to covid restrictions. It is a requirement under covid restrictions that you sign in and give a contact number for traceability purposes. Please bring your own pen. Masks must be worn unless you are exempt from wearing one. All attendees must observe social distancing at all times, including when entering and exiting the building. All attendees must ensure they remove all personal items and leave no litter.
The Parish Council are hoping that residents will also be able to join via a Zoom Conference Call. Meeting ID 534-306-6108; password 112233. You will be on mute during the meeting so you will be unable to speak. If you choose this option, you need to join before the meeting commences. Once the meeting begins the waiting room will not be monitored.
To join the Video meeting from a PC, Smartphone or tablet, either launch the Zoom App, or type ‘www.zoom.us’ into your browser. When prompted enter the Meeting ID and Password.
