To discuss plans and collect resident’s opinions on the following planning application.

Location: Land East of Harvey Close,
Harvey Close, Upper Caldecote
Proposal: Outline Application: Outline planning for up to 25 dwellings and associated infrastructure with all matters reserved except access

Following the public meeting, this application will be discussed by Northill Parish Council at its meeting on the 3rd June 2025 at 8pm at Methodist Church Hall, Upper Caldecote. The Parish Council will then send its opinion on the application to the Planning Authority, Central Bedfordshire Council, who will make the decision.
