Landowners and developers have submitted 33 potential sites for housing, infrastructure, and commercial development across Northill Parish.
Specific land parcels have been put forward within Northill Parish—including areas surrounding Northill, Ickwell, Upper Caldecote, Lower Caldecote, Thorncote Green, Budna and Hatch.
