Notice is hereby given a meeting of Northill Parish Council will be held at the Methodist Church Hall, Upper Caldecote on Thursday 20th July 2023 at 7.30pm. All members of this Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder:

AGENDA
1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive declarations of interest from councillors on items on the agenda that have not previously been registered.
2.1 To receive any written requests for dispensations for disclosable pecuniary interests.
2.2 To grant any requests for dispensations as appropriate.
3. To approve the minutes of the meeting held on the 6th June 2023.
4. To receive updates on resolution from the last meeting (Clerk).
5. Open forum for 10 minutes to allow members of the press and public to speak on any open agenda item.

9.3 To consider the recommendation of the Finance & General Purposes Committee to purchase 3 Bleed Kits and cabinets.
9.4 To consider whether to purchase a dog bin from CBC for the Caldecote Playing Felds Association.
10. Parish Matters
10.1 Ickwell Green a) Annual maintenance of the accommodation track; b) An update from CBC regarding the watercourse; c) To consider where to remove the Horse Chestnut tree to, which was planted as a Sweet Chestnut tree on Ickwell Green and replace it with a Sweet Chestnut tree.
10.2 Caldecote Church Rooms.
10.3 Warden Road bank.
10.4 Allotments.
10.5 Raised flower beds around the parish.
10.6 Speedwatch.
10.7 Emergency Plan.
10.8 To consider a 20mph limit in Northill.
10.9 To consider installing further defibrillators in the parish.

12.2 To consider asking Richard Fuller MP to attend one of the parish council meetings.
12.3 To elect Newsletter Editors.
12.4 To consider co-opting Cllr Allen onto either the Planning or Finance & General Purposes Committees.
12.5 To consider venues for next year’s meetings.
