Notice is hereby given that a meeting of Northill Parish Council will be held at Ickwell Village Hall, Ickwell on Thursday 11th December 2025 at 7.30pm. All members of this Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder:

10.1 Temporary Road Closures: –
(a) High Street, Southill, Anglian Water, Reason: New Connection, Length affected: outside number 40, Date: This closure is expected to take place from 3 to 5 February for 24hrs a day- Diversion: Stanford Rd, ZUC 152, ZUC 151 and vice versa.
(b) High Street, Broom, Drainage Works, from High Road to Southill Rd, This closure is expected to take place from 5 to 13 January from 0800-1800hrs, Diversion: High Road, Gypsy Lane, Southill Rd, and vice versa.
(c) High Road, Broom, Ditch Clearance Works, from High street to outside 11, This closure is expected to take place from 2 to 10 March from 0800-1800hrs, Diversion: Gypsy Lane, Southill Rd, High Street and vice versa

To resolve that under Section 1 of the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act and in view of the confidential nature of business about to be transacted, it is advisable in the public interest that the press and public be temporarily excluded, and they are instructed to withdraw whilst matters pertaining to item 14 are discussed.
