Notice is hereby given a meeting of Northill Parish Council will be held via a Zoom conference call (meeting ID 534-306-6108 password 123123) on Thursday 22nd October 2020 at 7.30pm. All members of this Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder:

2. To receive declarations of interest from councillors on items on the agenda that have not previously been registered.
2.1 To receive any written requests for dispensations for disclosable pecuniary interests.

10.5 To approve the Effectiveness of Internal Audit as recommended by the Finance & General Purposes Committee.
10.6 To approve the cemetery fees from April 2021 as recommended by the Finance & General Purposes Committee.
10.7 Notification from Mazars of the completion of the audit for the year ended 31st March 2020.
10.8 To consider grant applications for 2020.
