Notice is hereby given a meeting of Northill Parish Council will be held via a Zoom conference call (meeting ID 534-306-6108 password 123123) on Thursday 10th December 2020 at 7.30pm. All members of this Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder:

AGENDA
1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive declarations of interest from councillors on items on the agenda that have not previously been registered.
2.1 To receive any written requests for dispensations for disclosable pecuniary interests.
2.2 To grant any requests for dispensations as appropriate.
3. To approve the minutes of the meetings held on 22nd October 2020.
4. To receive any updates on resolutions from the last meeting. (Clerk).
5. Open forum for 10 minutes to allow members of the press and public to speak on any open agenda item.

9. Central Bedfordshire Council
9.1 To receive a report from CBC Councillor F Firth.
9.2 To consider applying to CBC for a grant for ‘greening’ to replace storm damage trees/hawthorns in the parish.
10 Finance
10.1 Accounts to be approved.
10.2 To consider the draft budget and precept for 2021/22.
10.3 To discuss assets and the boundaries of NPC’s responsibility.
10.4 To consider quotes for cleaning the War Memorial.
10.5 To consider quotes for the removal of 6 trees in Caldecote Cemetery.
11. Parish Matters
11.1 Ickwell Green
a) An update on a potential play area at Ickwell Green including correspondence received from a resident. b) Correspondence received regarding the track maintenance. c) To consider what work needs to be done to the ditch around Ickwell Green
11.2 Caldecote Green a) To consider any action to be taken over parking on the triangular piece of land at the top of Caldecote Green. b) To consider planting trees on the south side of the Green. c) To consider a request from a resident to cut back a tree in his garden.
11.3 Update from the Redgate Track Working Party.
11.4 Correspondence regarding Redgate and the junction of A1/Biggleswade Road, Upper Caldecote.
11.5 To consider whether to accept the offer of a memorial bench in Caldecote Cemetery.
11.6 Correspondence regarding parking near Caldecote Academy.
11.7 Luton Airport consultation regarding changes to arrival flightpaths.
11.8 Caldecote Church Rooms project.
11.9 To consider whether to lay rubber matting at the bottle bank in Upper Caldecote and to apply for match funding from CBC’s Ward Grant Scheme.

16 To resolve that under Section 1 of the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act and in view of the confidential nature of business about to be transacted, it is advisable in the public interest that the press and public be temporarily excluded and they are instructed to withdraw whilst matters pertaining to item 17 are discussed.
