Notice of a Public Meeting

To be held via Conference Call on Thursday 30th July 2020 at 7.00pm

To collect residents’ opinions on the following planning application

CB/20/02035/FULL
Land bounded by 37 to 47 Caldecote Road, 2 to 4 Tompions End and 14 to 30 Northill Road, Ickwell SG18 9EH

Full: erection of 47 houses consisting of 14 social housing bungalows, 8 self/custom build plots and 25 houses

Immediately following the public meeting, this application will be discussed by Northill Parish Council via Conference Call. The Parish Council will then send its opinion on the application to the Planning Authority, Central Bedfordshire Council, which will make the decision.
Members of the press and public are invited to the Zoom conference call both for the Public and Extraordinary meetings. If you wish to join please contact the clerk at clerk@northillparishcouncil.gov.uk during office hours, Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm, and she will send you the link.
For any residents who feel they would like to have a practice Zoom meeting a few days beforehand please let the clerk know and the chair will set one up.
