Notice is hereby given a meeting of Northill Parish Council will be held via a conference call on Thursday 23rd July 2020 at 7.30pm. All members of this Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder:

1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive declarations of interest from councillors on items on the agenda that have not previously been registered.
2.1 To receive any written requests for dispensations for disclosable pecuniary interests.
2.2 To grant any requests for dispensations as appropriate.
3. To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 21st May 2020.
4. To receive any updates on resolutions from the last meeting. (Clerk).
