Notice is hereby given a meeting of Northill Parish Council will be held via a conference call on Thursday 21st May 2020 at 7.30pm. All members of this Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder:

1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive declarations of interest from councillors on items on the agenda that have not previously been registered.
2.1 To receive any written requests for dispensations for disclosable pecuniary interests.
2.2 To grant any requests for dispensations as appropriate.
3. To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 20th April 2020.
4. To receive any updates on resolutions from the last meeting. (Clerk).
5. Open forum for 10 minutes to allow members of the press and public to speak on any open agenda item.

9.1 To receive a report from CBC Councillor F Firth.

10.1 Accounts to be approved.
10.2 To approve the Internal Auditor’s report for the financial year 2019/20.
10.3 To approve: (a) Annual Governance Statement (b) Accounting Statement and (c) Annual Governance and Accountability Return for the financial year ending 31st March 2020.
10.4 To consider when to set the date for the exercise of public rights.
10.5 To approve annual subscriptions for 2020/21.
10.6 Feedback on grants.
10.7 Correspondence from Ickwell May Day Committee regarding the grant awarded to them in July 2019.

11.2 To consider a request to hold a Classics event on the Green on the 31st July and 11th September.
11.3 To consider cancelling the next 2 cuts of the grass in St Mary’s Churchyard to enable a plant diversity survey to take place.
