Notice is hereby given a meeting of Northill Parish Council will be held at Methodist Church Hall, Upper Caldecote on Thursday 21st April 2022 at 7.30pm. All members of this Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder:

1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive declarations of interest from councillors on items on the agenda that have not previously been registered.
2.1 To receive any written requests for dispensations for disclosable pecuniary interests.
2.2 To grant any requests for dispensations as appropriate.

9.4 To consider whether to terminate the Zoom account.
9.5 Notification from CBC of the payment of the 1st instalment of the precept.
9.6 To consider the recommendation from the Finance & General Purposes Committee regarding the paths at All Saints Churchyard.
9.7 To consider reimbursing Cllr Hopton for the cost of purchasing the litter pickers used for the British Spring Clean and where these should be stored.
10. Parish Matters
10.1 Ickwell Green a) Annual maintenance of the accommodation track b) An update from CBC regarding the watercourse c) Notification that Bedford Morris men will be dancing at Ickwell Cricket Club on the 15th June and at the maypole on the 1st May. d) To consider a request to use an area near the maypole for parking for guests to attend a wedding on the 27th May.
10.2 The restoration of the Lychgate.
10.3 Caldecote Church Rooms a) An update; b) S106 monies..
10.4 The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee – The siting of a beacon.
10.5 Warden Road bank.
10.6 Update on the dog waste bags project.
10.7 Street naming land off Ickwell Road, Upper Caldecote.
10.8 To consider how to protect the green spaces at Dene Way/Ashby Drive, Upper Caldecote and at Caldecote Road, Ickwell.
10.9 Recommendations from Finance & General Purposes Committee regarding the annual tree inspection.
10.10 To consider whether to remove some low branches of trees in Northill Cemetery.
10.11 To consider installing a small fence with a Please Drive Slowly sign at Water Lane.
