Notice is hereby given a meeting of Northill Parish Council will be held at Northill Village Hall, Northill on Thursday 9th December 2021 at 7.30pm. All members of this Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder:

1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive declarations of interest from councillors on items on the agenda that have not previously been registered.
2.1 To receive any written requests for dispensations for disclosable pecuniary interests.

16 To resolve that under Section 1 of the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act and in view of the confidential nature of business about to be transacted, it is advisable in the public interest that the press and public be temporarily excluded, and they are instructed to withdraw whilst matters pertaining to item 17 are discussed.
