Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Northill Parish Council will be held at Ickwell Village Hall, Ickwell on Thursday 19th September 2019 at 7.30pm. All members of this Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder:

1 To receive apologies for absence.
2 To receive declarations of interest from councillors on items on the agenda that have not

2.1 To receive any written requests for dispensations for disclosable pecuniary interests.

12.7 To consider a request from Ickwell Cricket Club to extend the paving slabs outside the patio doors on the east end of the clubhouse.

12.9 To consider sponsoring the Festival for Older People 2019.
