Following the public meeting, this application will be discussed by Northill Parish Council at its extraordinary meeting on the 3rd November 2026 at 8pm at Methodist Church Hall, Upper Caldecote. The Parish Council will then send its opinion on the application to the Planning Authority, Central Bedfordshire Council, who will make the decision.
