Notice is hereby given the Annual Meeting of Northill Parish Council will be held at the Methodist Church Hall, Upper Caldecote on Thursday 26th May 2022 at 7.30pm. All members of this Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder:

1. Election of Chair/Vice Chair – Declaration of Acceptance of Office to be signed.
2. To receive apologies for absence.
3. To receive declarations of interest from councillors on items on the agenda that have not previously been registered.
3.1 To receive any written requests for dispensations for disclosable pecuniary interests.
3.2 To grant any requests for dispensations as appropriate.
4. To approve the minutes of the meeting held on the 21st April 2022.
5. To receive updates on resolution from the last meeting (Clerk).
6. Open forum for 10 minutes to allow members of the press and public to speak on any open agenda item.

8. To review committee structure and terms of reference

12.1 Ickwell Green a) Annual maintenance of the accommodation track; b) An update from CBC regarding the watercourse.
12.2 The restoration of the Lychgate.

12.5 The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
12.6 Update on dog waste bags project.
12.7 Correspondence regarding traffic issues in Upper Caldecote.

12.10 To consider a request from All Saints Church to convert the mound at the back of the churchyard into a small nature area.
12.11 To consider a request from Ickwell Cricket Club to place two large umbrellas and stands to the left of the pavilion during the cricket season.

12.13 To consider installing a small fence with a Please Drive Slowly sign at Water Lane.
