Notice is hereby given a meeting of Northill Parish Council will be held via a Zoom conference call (meeting ID 534-306-6108 password 123123) on Thursday 11th March 2021 at 7.30pm. All members of this Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder:

1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive declarations of interest from councillors on items on the agenda that have not previously been registered.
2.1 To receive any written requests for dispensations for disclosable pecuniary interests.
2.2 To grant any requests for dispensations as appropriate.

10.1 Ickwell Green
a) An update on a potential play area at Ickwell Green. b) Update on the drainage of Ickwell Green following a meeting with CBC’s drainage officers.
10.2 Update from the Redgate Track Working Party.
10.3 Caldecote Church Rooms project.
10.4 To consider where to store the sandbags and the sand for use in the event of flooding in the parish.
10.5 To consider the Lychgate renovation.
10.6 To consider the annual tree survey.
10.7 To consider correspondence received from CPFA regarding installing a 4G Sports Pitch.
10.8 To consider correspondence received regarding supplying a dog waste bin for the white gate footpath.
10.9 To consider the Wildflower area at St Mary’s Churchyard.
10.10 To consider feedback from a resident on the latest newsletter.
10.11 To consider installing a notice where footpath 12 joins footpath 13 in Upper Caldecote reminding walkers that it is not a bridleway.

12.1 To consider changing the date of the Annual Meeting of the Council to the 6th May 2021.

14 Items for the next agenda
15 To resolve that under Section 1 of the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act and in view of the confidential nature of business about to be transacted, it is advisable in the public interest that the press and public be temporarily excluded and they are instructed to withdraw whilst matters pertaining to item 16 are discussed.
