Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary Meeting of Northill Parish Council will be held via Conference Call on Thursday 30th July 2020 at 7.30pm. All members of this Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder: –

AGENDA
1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive declarations of interest from councillors on items on the agenda that have not previously been registered.
2.1 To receive any written requests for dispensations for disclosable pecuniary interests.
2.2 To grant any requests for dispensations as appropriate.
3. Open forum to allow members of the press and public to speak on any agenda items 4.2 onwards.
4 To consider the following planning applications.
4.1 CB//20/02035/FULL – Land bounded by 37 to 47 Caldecote Road, 2 to 4 Tompions End and 14 to 30 Northill Road, Ickwell SG18 9EH – erection of 47 houses consisting of 14 social housing bungalows, 8 self/custom build plots and 25 houses.
4.2 CB/20/02309/VOC – Woodlands Nurseries, Biggleswade Road, Upper Caldecote SG18 9BJ – Variation of conditions 9, 10, 14, 16 & 18 to Outline Planning Permission CB/17/04476/OUT new plant production unit and access road and enabling commercial development (B1/B2/B8) of up to 9,275sqm and residential development of up to 35 dwellings.
4.3 CB/20/02092/FULL – Orchard Farm, Bedford Road, Northill SG18 9AN – erection of detached bungalow and ancillary works.
5. To consider the street names for the commercial development at Woodlands Nurseries.
